This is the second time I’ve used Bradley for a home inspection. He is punctual, incredibly thorough, and will give you an honest assessment of the home you are intending to purchase. He is a wealth of knowledge and will explain the systems of the home to you. He will give you tips on what you need to do to maintain them as well. He’ll walk the steepest roofs and get into the smallest crawl spaces to make sure nothing is overlooked! Seriously, this is a professional - highly recommend!

If you're looking for a 5-star, reliable home inspector, Bradley Home Inspections should be your first stop. Bradley was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, thorough, and highly communicative. He walked use through concerns as he saw them and detailed them in his report, which we received the day after the inspection. He followed up with us several times after the inspection to ensure that any questions were answered.

I highly recommend Bradley Home Inspections. I appreciated how easy it was to make an appointment through the website and discuss the details of the appointment on the phone. Bradley is a professional through and through. He arrived on time and took his time to thoroughly inspect all parts of the home I was considering buying. He made sure I understood how different aspects of the home operated, so I could make an informed decision. I used Bradley Home Inspections a second time for a different home I was considering buying. The detailed report is helpful to understand the needs of the home and how to prioritize your response. Bradley inspected two homes for us. He’s very thorough and knowledgeable and they were very responsive during the appointment process. As a first time home buyer, the inspection process can be overwhelming. The report produced by Bradley makes the information much more manageable by grouping into major versus minor concerns. I wouldn’t use anyone else for future inspections.

Bradley was recommended by a friend. As a first time home buyer I was already pretty apprehensive going into this process. Bradley did a great job of explaining issues and I liked how all the information was presented so I can refer back to it as I do repairs and renovations. i felt the process was very thorough and professional.

Bradley and Dan were life savers!!! The first house we hired them to inspect was beyond repair with the amount of structural damage they found while doing the inspection. Termite damage to the main support beams, concrete sinking foundation and bricks that supported the other half of the house shifted 4″ away from the house… They saved my family a lifetime of debt and possibly worse if we never hired them to do the inspection. Thankfully 3 weeks later, We found another house to have an inspection. We knew somethings will need to be updated/replaced. He was great with explaining what each room needed and detailed things that need to be done for our home to be safe and efficient. I would recommend Bradley to everyone I know! Thank you again for all that you’ve done!

Brad was great. He and his guy went through the house looking and analyzing everything inside and out. Very thorough. When the report came out 2 days later, it was very detailed with pictures, descriptions, and possible costs of fixes. I would highly recommend Brad for you home inspection.
