Bradley and Dan were life savers!!! The first house we hired them to inspect was beyond repair with the amount of structural damage they found while doing the inspection. Termite damage to the main support beams, concrete sinking foundation and bricks that supported the other half of the house shifted 4″ away from the house… They saved my family a lifetime of debt and possibly worse if we never hired them to do the inspection. Thankfully 3 weeks later, We found another house to have an inspection. We knew somethings will need to be updated/replaced. He was great with explaining what each room needed and detailed things that need to be done for our home to be safe and efficient. I would recommend Bradley to everyone I know!
